Founded in 2020 by a 16-year-old entrepreneur, Southern Designs has quickly grown into a full-time business specializing in custom embroidery, screen printing, and handcrafted apparel. With a storefront in downtown Pikeville Kentucky and an online store, we create unique school spirit gear and state pride apparel.
What started as a passion has also expanded to include pop-up shops and festivals across Kentucky, allowing us to connect with customers and share our love for quality, handmade designs. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to offering high-quality, custom apparel that celebrates community and craftsmanship.
