RETURN POLICY/ FAQ

Our current turn around time is 2 weeks. This means you order will ship in 2 weeks or less. Typical shipping times through the postal service is from 1-4 days depending on area.

- Shop in person at 225 Second Street Pikeville Ky. Open Wednesday through Friday 11-6 and Saturday 11-4!

- Local pickup available in McDowell. I will send info to you once your order is ready.

- Work begins as soon as you order, so please confirm sizes and designs are correct. There are no cancellations or additions to your order. 

- Returns and exchanges are not accepted on handmade items, except on orders sent incorrectly.

- Any custom order is non refundable and non returnable. 

-However, if they is any problem or question with your order, do not hesitate to ask.
