RETURN POLICY/ FAQ
Our current turn around time is 2 weeks. This means you order will ship in 2 weeks or less. Typical shipping times through the postal service is from 1-4 days depending on area.
- Shop in person at 225 Second Street Pikeville Ky. Open Wednesday through Friday 11-6 and Saturday 11-4!
- Local Pickup is available at The Sunflower Shoppe located in Langley. In between the dollar store and Floyd Central high. Open 10-6 Tuesday through Friday. 10-3 on Saturdays. Hours may vary rarely. Please contact me if you are unsure if we are open, at 6067915256. Do NOT message The Sunflower Shoppe page for any questions regarding Southern Designs orders. The Shoppe is not partners with us, she is just kind enough to let my customers pick up there!
- All items are handmade and made by us ONLY.
- Work begins as soon as you order, so please confirm sizes and designs are correct. There are no cancellations or additions to your order.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted on handmade items, except on orders sent incorrectly.
- Any custom order is non refundable and non returnable.
-However, if they is any problem or question with your order, do not hesitate to ask.
